A few years ago, I'd meet friends in the pub for dinner.


Now we're more likely to meet for a refreshing walk with a flask, kombucha and healthy homemade nibbles!


How times change - sorry pubs as I know you need our footfall too.


An early start, walking over the Clent Hills in Worcestershire with hubby. My circadian rhythm is loving me.
